Best for: Startups, sole proprietors, or businesses needing basic monthly bookkeeping up to 100 transactions per month

Includes:

  • Recording income & expenses – Categorizing transactions

  • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations (2 accounts)

  • Review of bank rules & vendor cleanup

  • Basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)

💵 Pricing:

  • Monthly services starting at: $350

Tier 2: Standard Framework: “Where structure meets strategy.”

Everything in Essential, plus a real month‑end close and a brief overview so you know what changed and why.

Best for: Growing businesses over $250k in revenue up to 500 transactions per month.

Includes:

  • Everything in Tier1, plus:

  • 3-5 monthly bank and credit card account reconciliations

  • True month-end close to include adjusting entries for depreciation, accruals, etc.)

  • Financial statement preparation to include Cash Flow and Owners Equity (non-audited)

  • Payroll posting from provider reports

  • Optional 1 state sales tax filing

💵 Pricing:

  • Monthly services starting at: $700

Tier 3: Advanced Structure +: “Big picture. Detailed execution.”

Fractional controller support—bill pay/AR, cash‑flow forecasting, KPIs, and monthly leadership reviews.

 

Best for: $1M+ revenue, 500 transactions per month, 6+ accounts, multi‑entity/classes, inventory/projects

 

Includes:

  • Everything in Tier 2, plus:

  • Monthly KPI reports and dashboard

  • Budgeting and forecasting

  • Cash flow analysis

  • Tax strategy consulting

  • Quarterly planning calls with CPA

  • Guidance on financial decisions (e.g., financing, investments, cost control)

Financials prepared for management use only—no assurance is provided (AR‑C 70). A one time Set-Up or Onboarding Fee covers cleanup and system setup; final scope confirmed after first 90 days.
